Therapy addresses diagnosis and clinical treatment. Coaching is forward-focused work on clarity, decisions, patterns, and accountability. If at any point therapy is the better fit, I’ll name that clearly. Additionally, if you are in crisis, therapy comes first.

You can reschedule on the app/website up until 12 hours before your meeting. Less than 12 hours? Message me. We’ll reschedule at the next available time.

Simply put, box breathing is a simple four-part breath pattern (eg. 4 count inhale- 4 count hold- 4 count exhale- 4 count hold - repeat).
It interrupts stress loops and restores internal stability -so you can think clearly and move cleanly. We’ll practice it together until you can use it when it actually matters- in stress, conflict, and decision-making.

This is talking, some interruptions, and lots of questions. We meet online (video optional) once a week and start every call where you are in that moment. There are two objectives no matter the day or the circumstance:
You leave lighter than when we started.
You have at least one clear focus for the coming week.

Absolutely. That said, the humans I serve sometimes overcommit to many different modalities and providers. In that case, I offer a pause and suggest when timing is better. All appointments are good for 180 days automatically and can be augmented up to a year after purchase.

Pattern recognition, experience, and visionary inclinations often show me options that you may not have seen or dismissed. We’ll handle the obvious, practical responses, and we’ll also work with the intuitive and non-linear signals that can reconstruct context and create breakthroughs.
