Let it out.

Leave it here.

It will decay and return to the earth.

Whatever you walked in carrying — the grief, the anger, the version of yourself you can’t quite recognize anymore, the life that stopped fitting— you don’t have to manage it right now. You don’t have to arrive with the right words or a clear picture of what you need.

Just come as you are. We start there.

I don’t work above you or ahead of you. I work shoulder to shoulder with you— because I know this terrain. Not from a distance. From the inside.

I am a second-generation immigrant, a single mother, a woman who has spent decades composting her own hardest season into something useful. I know what it is to come out of the soil of a family that fractured you— and still find yourself rooted.

My work is pattern recognition and truth-telling delivered with warmth. I listen for what you’re not saying. I ask the question underneath the question. I notice the words people use to stay small, and I name them — gently, directly, without judgement.

If you are a woman in the middle of a real transition this a safe place to start unraveling the knots of distortion. If you are BIPOC, first or second-generation, holding a life that others don’t quite have the context to understand, you will not have to spend our time together building a glossary. I already carry some of that language. We can get straight to the work.

This is not therapy. It is something older and more lateral than that. It is two people, one of whom has walked a lot of this road, sitting down together to figure out what is true and what is next.
